Jefferson Family Health Services Receives 2 Grants to Support ‘Reach Out and Read’ Program

Jefferson Health’s New Jersey-based Family Health Services received two grants to support its participation in a national reading program.

On Thursday, April 11th, Jefferson Family Health Services received two grants totaling $4,500 from Investors Foundation and Roma Bank Community Foundation to support the group in the Reach Out and Read program.

The Reach Out and Read Program gives children a book during their routine health checkups to take home and keep. Since 2014, Jefferson Family Health Services' have helped over 7,000 families in the program.
