Jefferson Health Foundation – New Jersey received a $10,000 donation from a local nonprofit organization to establish a fund to help South Jersey patients with HIV/AIDS and their families.

On Thursday, March 28th, the nonprofit, Spirit of the Holidays (SOTH) donated the money to formally establish the Kevin Todd Memorial Fund.

Kevin Todd was a South Jersey resident who passed away in 1997 at the age of 40 from complications of AIDS. His family started SOTH to honor him "and fulfill his wish to never be forgotten."

Todd's family, friends, and community members provide assistance during the holidays to HIV/AIDS-impacted patients and families in need. With the new Kevin Todd Memorial Fund, assistance will be provided year-round for South Jersey patients with HIV/AIDS and their families. The fund will be managed by the Jefferson Health Foundation – New Jersey.
