Authorities say a fire has damaged a Roman Catholic school in Camden County.
A fire broke out at Our Lady of Hope in Gloucester Township shortly before 8 a.m. on Friday, March 1st. No students were in the school because classes were closed due to a snowstorm.
Firefighters could see smoke from the school's roof when they arrived. The fire was under control about 45 minutes later.
It’s currently not clear what started the fire or how much damage there was to the school. No injuries were reported.
The fire caused some travel delays in the area as roads near the school were briefly closed.
Our Lady of Hope is a kindergarten through 8th-grade school that has roughly 400 students.
