Cape May County Residents Can Receive Free Tax Preparation Assistance

Residents in Cape May County can now get free help with their taxes.

Cape May County officials will once again be assisting residents with the preparation of their income tax returns with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program of Cape May County (VITA).

Program officials are offering free tax preparation to residents of any age with income under $55,000.

The four VITA sites will be open through Monday, April 15th, by appointment only.

Sites are located at Atlantic Cape Community College's Cape May County Campus, Christ Gospel Church in Whitesboro, the Howard Stainton Senior Center in Ocean City, Lower Cape Senior Center in the Villas.
