OceanFirst Foundation Gives $400,000 in Scholarship Grants to New Jersey Schools

A New Jersey Foundation is helping to make college more affordable to students in the area.

OceanFirst Foundation announced they have awarded $400,000 in grants to several New Jersey colleges and universities for scholarships that will help students from our area pursue their undergraduate education.

Some of the schools awarded the funding right here in South Jersey include Rowan University, Stockton University, Atlantic Cape Community College, and Cumberland County College.

Each school will receive $50,000.

In the past nine years of the OceanFirst Scholarship Program, more than 1,500 students have received more than $2 million in scholarship assistance.
