It's National Wear Red Day

Friday, February 1st, is National Wear Red Day as part of the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women movement.

Wear Red Day was created to help raise awareness about heart health and putting end to heart disease and stroke in women.

Officials with the American Heart Association say heart disease is a woman's greatest health threat, and claims the lives of one in three women.

But through education and making healthy lifestyle changes you can reduce your chances.
