Code Blue Activated as Extreme Cold Hits East Coast

As an arctic blast slams into the East Coast and freezing temperatures are creeping into South Jersey.

Many communities throughout the area have already issued Code Blue alerts and with temperatures expected to drop into the teens on Thursday, January 31st, during the day, officials in Camden County have activated a Code Blue that will be in effect all day tomorrow through Sunday, February 3rd.

Officials are also urging everyone to bundle up to avoid frostbite, and are encouraging residents to keep an eye on those who are vulnerable to extreme temperatures.
