Man Behaving Inappropriately by 15-Year-Old Girl Sought by Authorities in Camden County

Police in Winslow Township are investigating an incident involving a suspicious man acting inappropriately towards a teenage girl.

Police say at around 7 a.m. on Tuesday, January 29th, a 15-year-old girl was walking to her bus stop in the Arbor Meadows development off of Williamstown Road in Sicklerville, when she saw a man walking on Arbor Meadows Drive.

She says the man began following her and she noticed him standing behind some bushes appearing to touch himself inappropriately.

He is described as a black man in his 30s with dreadlocks and a goatee, wearing a blue bomber style jacket, blue work pants, and dark work boots.

Officials say there will be an increased police presence in this area following this incident.
