Miss New Jersey Competition to Relocate to Atlantic City

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. -

The Miss New Jersey pageant will be moving to Atlantic City for the next two years.

On Wednesday, January 9, officials with the Miss New Jersey Education Foundation announced that the competition would take place at Resorts Casino Hotel beginning this year.

The pageant had previously been held in Ocean City.

Jaime Gialloreto, the current Miss New Jersey, says she is excited to see the pageant move to Atlantic City.

The Miss New Jersey 2019 pageant will take place in June.

The Miss New Jersey pageant is a subset of the Miss America competition.
