An Atlantic County winery and golf resort are under new ownership.
According to reports, the newly formed company, Renault Properties LLC, has taken over ownership of the Renault Winery and Golf Resort following a sale agreement with OceanFirst Bank.
OceanFirst officials say the facility will continue operating while honoring any existing commitments or reservations under its new ownership.
A recognized New Jersey State Historic Site, the 242-acre 155-year-old Renault Winery and Golf Resort feature restaurants, a banquet facility, hotel, winery, and golf course.
According to OceanFirst, under its purview, the resort hosted more than 37,000 guests for over 2,400 wine tours, 111 weddings, and 296 banquets.
The new owners will continue to run the restaurants, banquet facility, hotel, winery, and golf course.
