Fire Damages Three Homes in Ocean City

OCEAN CITY, N.J. -

It was scary scene for residents in one Jersey shore community this morning after a fire broke out at a beachfront home and quickly spread.

The fast moving fire began at around 3:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 27th, on the 4800 block of Central Avenue in Ocean City.

Members of fire companies from several neighboring communities assisted in containing the blaze.

Three houses were damaged as a result of the fire, but no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
