GLASSBORO, N.J. -

Christmas is right around the corner and officials with a local nonprofit are making sure families in need have a happy holiday.

On Wednesday, December 12th, officials with Robins' Nest Inc. continued with day two of their annual Santa's Workshop event at their headquarters in Glassboro.

Santa's Workshop benefits local children and families in need during the holidays by giving parents a unique and empowering opportunity to come and personally select toys for their kids.

Officials say this is a great way to help families in need have the happy holiday they deserve.

"We do this just to make our families feel great around the holiday, so it's a really great opportunity for them to come in and select gifts for their children," said Caitlin Graham, marketing manager, Robins' Nest, Inc. "And it also brings joy to the children themselves when they wake up on Christmas morning and have presents under the tree for them."

All the toys for the event were generously donated by members of the community.

Robins' Nest will continue Santa's Workshop on Thursday, December 13th, at the Elwood City Volunteer Fire Company in Hammonton.
