SOUTH JERSEY -

The production company behind Cake Boss, Cajun Aces, Fixer Upper, and other hit shows — High Noon Entertainment — is looking for restaurants in the South Jersey area to feature in a new Food Network series.

The show has a working title of Opening Night and features a Philadelphia-based professional consultant who helps restaurants get ready for opening night.

The production company is looking for any first-time restaurant owners opening within 100 miles of Philadelphia in January and February 2019. "We’re looking for three that will open within weeks of each other so we can shoot back to back," says Peter Reiss with High Noon Entertainment.

The new series is slated to air on the Food Network in 2019. Each restaurant will get an entire one-hour episode devoted solely to their restaurant.

"For the right place there’s real opportunity here for national exposure and the services of our well-known consultant," added Reiss.
