Camden County authorities are investigating an assault that left one man dead and another injured earlier this week.

The Camden County Prosecutor's Office says that on Sunday, November 4th, at around 2:30 a.m., officers with the Winslow Township Police Department responded to reports of a fight that broke out at TJ's Grill and Liquors on Williamstown Road in Sicklerville.

When officers arrived they discovered two injured men and transported them to Cooper University Hospital for treatment.

One of the men was treated and released later that day, but authorities say the second victim, 37-year-old Craig Toomer of Sicklerville, died from his injuries on Tuesday, November 6th.
