South Jersey Organizations Honored for Recycling Practices

TRENTON, N.J. -

Several New Jersey organizations were recently honored for being leaders in recycling.

Last month, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection honored several New Jersey-based organizations at the 38th annual Association of New Jersey Recyclers Symposium and Luncheon for the work they do to encourage recycling throughout the state.

Among those honored were Stockton University, the Atlantic County Utilities Authority, and the Cape May Ferry Terminal.

Officials say these organizations have gone above and beyond to help keep our environment safe and clean and hope their actions will encourage others to adopt better recycling practices.
