Stockton Poll Indicates Menendez Has Double-Digit Lead Over Hugin

GALLOWAY, N.J. -

On the ballot on Election Day, which takes place on Tuesday, November 6th, are the candidates in the U.S. Senate race, and according to a new poll out from the Stockton Polling Institute of the William J. Hughes Center for Public Policy at Stockton University, incumbent Democrat Bob Menendez now holds a double-digit lead over his top opponent.

The poll, which surveyed 598 likely voters in New Jersey, shows Menendez holds a 12-percent lead over Republican Bob Hugin earning 51 percent of support, while Hugin earned 39 percent.

Three percent say they will be voting for Libertarian Murray Sabrin while six percent say they are undecided or voting for another candidate.
