State officials stopped by a local university on Tuesday to discuss education opportunities for South Jersey veterans.
On Tuesday, October 30th, Congressman Donald Norcross and Senator Cory Booker convened a roundtable discussion with student veterans at Rowan University.
The goal of the discussion was to hear first-hand from veterans what their experiences have been like and how the state can continue to improve their access to quality education.
Both Norcross and Booker agree the state owes it to these brave men and women to give them the best opportunities to have a successful transition from the military back into civilian life.
