Margate Bridge and Causeway to Undergo Construction in November

Last Edited:
MARGATE, N.J. -

A bridge at the Jersey Shore will once again undergo construction and will be closed during the overnight hours for several days in November.

The Margate Bridge and Causeway will be closed to traffic from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next morning, weather permitting, for repair and maintenance work that was determined necessary during last month's construction period.

The closures will run from Monday, November 12th through Thursday, November 15th.

Motorists should seek alternate routes during the overnight construction periods, but full bridge access will be available during the day.
