BUENA, N.J. -

On Friday, August 31st, Governor Phil Murphy, along with local officials, gathered in Buena for a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Teligent facility.

Teligent is a pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures, and markets pharmaceutical products for use by doctors and patients in the United States and Canada.

Their motto is "work hard, and be nice to people," a motto Murphy says highlights the values of New Jersey.

"We must and will celebrate when industry leaders invest in our state and in our people," said Murphy.

"And I think as more and more leaders see what Teligent sees, our highly skilled workforce, our second to none location close to global markets, and our New Jersey values and attitudes, they will come to see the same conclusion Teligent did, there's no better place than New Jersey to call home.
