Stockton University's Board of Trustees has given the final approval to purchase a former Atlantic City casino property located near its new Atlantic City campus.
The university signed an agreement with Florida-based company TJM Properties to purchase the site of the former Atlantic Club Casino Hotel.

The agreement includes 11 upland lots totaling 9 acres, a beach lot that's 11 acres, a nine-level parking garage, and a 23-story hotel tower.
