Glassboro Police Department Warn Residents of String of Car Burglaries

Police in Glassboro are reminding residents to always keep their cars locked after they received several reports of car burglaries in the area.

Authorities say over the last several days they have taken numerous reports of residents' vehicles being broken into during the evening and overnight hours.

The incidents have occurred in various locations in town and nearly all of the burglaries were made through unlocked doors.

Police say securing your vehicles is one of the easiest things you can do to avoid becoming a victim.

They are also asking everyone in the community to report any suspicious activity by calling the Glassboro Police Department at 856-881-1500.
