52nd Police Academy Graduation Slated for July 11thLast Edited: Jul 08, 2018 9:17 AM
Thirty-eight men and six women will graduate from the Gloucester County Police Academy on Wednesday, July 11, at 3 p.m. in the Physical Education Center on the campus of Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC).
Police Academy Director Fred H. Madden will welcome family and friends of the graduates, as well as senior law enforcement professionals and college officials. RCGC Board of Trustees Chairperson Gene J. Concordia will provide opening remarks.
The keynote address will be presented by Prosecutor Charles Fiore of the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office.
Fiore, Concordia and RCGC President Frederick Keating will award the diplomas to the 44 graduates representing Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Essex, Gloucester, Middlesex, Monmouth and Salem Counties.
Burlington County: Matthew W. O’Hanlon and Derek J. Riker, Mt. Laurel Township; Rafael M. Quinonez, Willingboro.
Camden County: Kyle L. Hubert, Gloucester Township; William J. DeFoney and Johanna R. James, Gloucester City.
Cumberland County: Richard A. Acosta, Ashely B. Arocho, Michael J. Bender, Emmory L. Bowens, Tyler L. Flanegan, Francisco J. Ledesma, Christian Morales, David Owens, Lukkus A. Perez, Adam Pooley and Luis A. Vazquez Jr., Vineland; Kyle A. Chard, Cameron Jacob Drake, Avery James Dutch, Benito H. Gonzalez, Angel Luis Moreno Jr., Millville; Walter S. Palma-Urena, Eric Rodriguez and Elena M. Visconti, Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department; Matthew B. Sooy and Corrado T. Speranza, Bridgeton.
Essex County: Andrew W. Psillakis, Livingston.
Gloucester County: Michael DiRienzi Jr., Nicholas P. Racobaldo, Antonette M. Rivera and Craig Staffieri, Monroe Township; Morgan J. Muracco, Washington Township.
Middlesex County: Dominique E. Khoury, Plainsboro.

The Gloucester County Police Academy is located on the Rowan College at Gloucester County campus on Tanyard Road, Deptford, just off Exit 56 of Route 55.
