PHILADELPHIA -

Local heroes were honored in an exciting way thanks to officials with a South Jersey health network and a Philadelphia sports team.

On Tuesday, June 12th, the Philadelphia Wings — the newest expansion team in the National Lacrosse League — unveiled their new home uniforms during a ceremony at Atlantic Aviation and announced Inspira Health Network as their founding partner.

To mark the occasion, the Wings and Inspira representatives honored local servicemen by giving them each their own first official home jerseys for the Wings 2018-2019 season.

Inspira will serve as the team's preferred health care provider, giving all Wings players access to their services.

Inspira officials say they are honored and look forward to a great season.
