State Police Search for Suspect in Deptford Purse Theft

New Jersey State Police are asking for the public's help to identify a suspect who allegedly stole a woman's purse at the scene of a car accident.

It was at around 3 p.m. on Friday, May 4th, when a man (seen here) stopped at an accident on State Highway 55 in Deptford.

Police Search for Information on Pleasantville Hit and Run 

Police say while the victim of the accident was out of the vehicle, the suspect entered the car and stole her purse.

He then used her credit card to make purchases at a Rite Aid in Philadelphia.
