SOUTH JERSEY -

Many in South Jersey are hitting the voting booths Tuesday, June 5th, to cast their ballots in the Primary Election.

Voters registered with a political party stopped by polling centers through the area to vote for the candidates they want to see represent their party on the ballot for the General Election on November 6th.

One of the biggest races this year is for the 2nd Congressional District seat, which is currently held by Republican Congressman Frank LoBiondo.

LoBiondo announced on Election Day of last year that he would not be seeking re-election.

Polling booths are open until 8 p.m. tonight.
