The Cumberland County Legends group has donated more than $30,000 to the CompleteCare Family Health Foundation.

“We are incredibly thankful to the members of the Cumberland County Legends committee for choosing our foundation to be the benefactor of another inspiring Legends event,” said Stephanie Shelton, director of the CompleteCare Family Health Foundation.

“Donations like this help us support some of our long-standing programs like Smile Smart and Baby Love, as well as introduce new programs like Reach Out and Read, which promotes increased childhood literacy and our Health Solutions program which works to provide medical and vision care to children around the region.”

This year’s Cumberland County Legends event owes its success to their honorees, Jim Quinn. Rev. Dr. Albert Morgan and the Rudolph Family.

“We work hard to choose exceptional individuals to honor as Legends and this year was no different,” said Gil Walter, co-chairman of the Cumberland County Legends. “The honorees' commitment to improving the community is inspiring. Seeing the impact that these individuals have made on our community.”
