Flags Flown Half-Staff for National Peace Officers Memorial Day

Tuesday, May 15th, is National Peace Officers Memorial Day to pay tribute to peace officers everywhere and to honor those who lost their lives or became disabled in the line of duty.

Many communities throughout South Jersey honored local heroes and flags were flown at half-staff.

Peace Officers Memorial Day is celebrated each year during Police Week.
