New Jersey's Solar Industry Reaches Major Milestone

New Jersey has reached a big milestone in its journey to becoming cleaner and greener.

The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU) announced on Wednesday, May 2nd, that New Jersey's solar industry has hit a substantial milestone by surpassing 90,000 solar projects completed across the Garden State during the last 18 years.

New Jersey Paid Sick Leave Law Takes Effect in October 

In total, the projects have helped generate more than 2.4 gigawatts of installed solar energy throughout the state.

As of March 31st, more than 3,000 solar projects had been completed this year so far.
