VINELAND, N.J. -

More than 100,000 people in need in the South Jersey area will now have food available to them thanks to the work of the Rotary Club of Vineland's Hunger Project.

On Saturday, April 14th, more than 100 volunteers gathered at the Salvation Army in Vineland to assemble and pack 20,000 six-person family meals that will be distributed to food banks throughout Cumberland County.

The Hunger Project was done in partnership with Feeding Children Everywhere, a worldwide organization that empowers and helps groups just like the Rotary to assemble meals for those in need.
