Atlantic City's tourism industry had a good year in 2017 despite declines in the 4th quarter, according to new figures released by Stockton University.
On Wednesday, April 11th, Atlantic City tourism performance indicators released by the Lloyd D. Levenson Institute of Gaming, Hospitality and Tourism (LIGHT) showed year-over-year increases across all three performance indicators to close out 2017.
All three indicators saw increases when compared to 2016 despite declines experienced through the last three months of the year.
The tourism performance indicators report uses year-over-year percentage changes in the monthly figures for Atlantic County Lodging, Casino Parking and Atlantic County non-casino revenue.
