CAMDEN, N.J. -

Students at a South Jersey charter school are in for a treat thanks to the NFL and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kipp Lanning Square Charter School in Camden will be getting a new turf field with the help of a $250,000 grant from the NFL Foundation, the Eagles, and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC).

Philadelphia Eagles President Don Smolenski said in a release that the team was thankful to be a part of the partnership.

The NFL Foundation and LISC, under the NFL Foundation's Grassroots Program, help build and renovate turf fields across the nation.

In the past 20 years, the partnership has committed $46 million to more than 300 projects.
