The second annual event focused on creating a foundation for growth, for both young and more mature businesses, from the perspectives of strategy, financing, marketing, human resources, and operations.

Event coordinators say they hope leaders from businesses of all sizes were able to learn new ways to continue to grow their companies.

"It was a snowy cold day, but we had a great turn out and hopefully they walked away with some real insights that will help their business grow to the next level," said Susan Lehman, dean of Rowan College of Business.

The Innovation Forum welcomed Ray Rasetlli, president of Rastelli Foods Group, as the keynote speaker and also included a panel discussion.
