Hamilton Township Police Officer Released from Hospital After Car Crash

Police officials in Hamilton Township say officer Leo Rudolph is still recovering, but has been released from the hospital, after a drunk driver collided with his police cruiser on Friday, March 2nd.

The driver, who was later identified as Isaiah Rasul Muhammad Smith of North Carolina, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and currently faces numerous charges.

The Hamilton Township Police Department and the Rudolph family are thanking everyone in the community for their support and prayers.
