CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.J. – Rev. Dr. Weinstein, as founding pastor for Bethany Grace Community Church in Bridgeton, empowers his parishioners to make a positive difference in the world by putting faith into action.

He is founder and president of the M25 Initiative, a non-profit dedicated to empowering/equipping the community to help the homeless and poor. Weinstein is Chairman and co-creator of the Code Blue Coalition, dedicated to giving the homeless a warm place to sleep and eat in winter months. He started and convenes the Housing First Collaborative, designed to end homelessness in Cumberland County by 2020.

Weinstein is also an associate professor and chair of Human Resource Management studies at Wilmington University. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Gateway Community Action Partnership, member of Bridgeton Rotary Lunch Club, past chair of United Way of Salem County Board of Directors, chair for Eastern University Academy Charter School Board of Trustees, and served as a member of Cumberland County Board of Social Services, and others.
