Operation Safe Haven Helps Another Veteran Move into New Home

FRANKLINVILLE, N.J. -

A veteran in need in our area has a new place to call home thanks to the help of a local non-profit.

On Friday, February 9th, Operation Safe Haven officially moved Jason into his very own micro-home on their campground in Franklinville.

Thanks to the support and donations from members of the community, Jason has been able to turn his life around.

He recently secured a job and will now help volunteer his time getting the next houses ready for the next move-in day in March.

Operation Safe Haven was started back in 2014 by United States Air Force veteran Donnie Davis, to help his fellow veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
