Heartbreaking Loss as Funny Farm Mainstay Passes Away

There is heartbreaking news out of Funny Farm Rescue, after officials announced the death of an inspiring and beloved South Jersey pup.

On the morning of Monday, January 29th, Chuck the German Shepherd passed away at his home on the Funny Farm.

Chuck was diagnosed with Mega Esophagus, which means he has trouble keeping food down when he eats like a regular dog and was given six months to live when he arrived at Funny Farm Rescue.

But thanks to the support of his Funny Farm family, and a specially designed seat, he surpassed expectations living for just over five years.

Chuck touched the lives of many, and his Funny Farm family says while it was sad to say goodbye they know he will continue to inspire others for years to come.
