Road Closures in South Jersey Due to Water Main Breaks

Freezing temperatures have been causing headaches in the form of water main breaks throughout the South Jersey area.

On Wednesday, January 3rd, drivers in Cherry Hill, Camden County, had to make their way through more traffic than usual this morning after one lane of Route 70 eastbound at West Gate Drive was shut down due to a water main break.

Crews got to work correcting the issues and had the roadway reopened just in time for the lunch hour rush.

Residents in Northfield, Atlantic County, also dealt with a water main break of their own, which left a road closed for most of the day.
