Bring Your Christmas Trees to Local Pet Resort, Make Goats Happy

MILLVILLE, N.J. -

Don't go throwing out those Christmas trees just yet, because there are some furry South Jersey residents that would love to have them.

Pampered Pup Luxury Pet Resort operators are once again asking anyone with plans to throw out their Christmas tree to consider bringing it to their facility instead so all of their rescue farm animals, including 15 little goats, can enjoy them.

Pet Resort owner Danielle Ford says reusing the trees not only helps the environment, but keeps her furry family members healthy and happy.

"I just know how much they love it [and I see] the enjoyment," said Danielle Ford. "They all come running to you so you just know they're like 'yes there's a tree!' So if there's something that I can do to make my animals that happy I definitely take every opportunity to do that."

You can drop off your Christmas tree to Pampered Pup Luxury Pet Resort on Mays Landing Road in Millville any day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

They also offer limited local pick up to those who can't get the tree to them.

For more information call Pampered Pup at 856-327-3880.
