The band Blood, Sweat & Tears (BS&T) will be performing at the Levoy Theatre with headliner Chrissi Poland on Friday, December 1st.
The original line-up of the jazz-rock group formed in 1967 and has evolved throughout the years, releasing 11 studio albums and three live albums
In 1970, the band's second album, Blood, Sweat & Tears won the Grammy for Album of the Year, beating out the Beatles’ Abbey Road for the award. That album had three important singles for BS&T, "You Made me so Very Happy," "Spinning Wheel," and "And When I Die."
The band was also inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2002.
One of the original members, Bobby Colomby reformed the band and has been keeping it in the public spotlight, by adding a revolving group of musicians in the band.
In 2013, American Idol alumni Bo Bice joined the band to perform on vocals.
Blood, Sweat & Tears will perform on Friday, December 1st, at 8 p.m. The Levoy Theatre is located at 126-130 N. High Street, in Millville.
