One Injured, One Dead in Tuesday Evening Shooting in Camden

Camden County law enforcement officials are investigating a shooting that left one man dead and another injured on Tuesday, November 28th.

Officers with the Camden County Police Department responded to the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue in Camden on Tuesday around 7:20 p.m. afters calls came in about a shooting.

When police arrived, they found 30-year-old Stanford Brown and a 28-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were transported to Cooper University Hospital where the 28-year-old was treated and released.

Brown's condition was critical, and he died from his injuries later that night.
