New Jersey Says 'Yes' to Ballot Question Two

NEW JERSEY—New Jersey state ballot question No. 2 asked voters of the Garden State whether or not they approve amending the Constitution to dedicate all lawsuit damages collected by the state, relating to natural resources, to be used solely to repair, restore, replace or preserve the state's natural resources.

In this question, voters decidedly voted "yes." 

This question was a result of the state reaching a past $225 million lawsuit settlement with ExxonMobile.
