A string of drug overdoses have left Camden County area officials on high alert.
Fourteen fentanyl-based overdoses were reported in South Camden between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11.
Camden Police Chief Scott Thomson stated the overdoses stopped after an arrest was made in the area where they had occurred.
Officials say they will continue to monitor the area.
The Camden County Police Department said five overdoses have occurred in one hour on Thursday, October 12th.
