Pumpkin picking in South Jersey usually means a hayride to boot, like this one at Sahl's in Galloway.

SOUTH JERSEY — As summer turns to fall, the seasonal changes can be seen and felt everywhere.

From the first chilly breeze to sneak through an open window, to the first yellow leaf that glides silently down to land on a pool deck.

And around every corner it seems there is a wagon waiting to take autumn admirers young and old out into a field to fetch the season’s perfect pumpkin.
