Suspect Sought in Cumberland County Armed Robbery

VINELAND, NJ --Cumberland County police need help identifying a suspect in an armed robbery that happened over Labor day weekend — on Sunday, September 3rd.

Police in Vineland say that around 1 a.m. they responded to the Crown Chicken on South Delsea Drive in Vineland for reports that a man, armed with a handgun, had robbed the store.

The suspect can be seen in surveillance photos wearing all black clothes and a black mask, pointing the gun at employees, and taking an undisclosed amount of money from the register.

No one was hurt during the incident, but the suspect managed to get away.
