MILLVILLE, N.J. -

The 27th Annual Millville Car Show, slated for Saturday, August 12th, has been postponed until next Saturday, August 19th. The postponement is due to the predicted inclement weather.

“The Cruisin’ Classics Car Club made the decision to postpone the event," said Carole Plowman, who chairs the event, "knowing that with such forecasted weather, the car participation would be limited.”

“Per our promotion of the event, we are taking advantage of the posted rain date of the 19th," said Larry Malone, Greater Millville Chamber president. "Unfortunately, weather plays a big part on car participation for such events, and we understand why the decision was made to postpone. We are looking forward to next weekend’s show, however.”

In case of a postponement of next weekend’s planned car show, information will be posted on the Greater Millville Chamber of Commerce’s website millville-nj.com on Friday, August 18th.

For info on car registration, call Tony at 609-839-2239. Pre-registration applications can be found at Plowman’s Windows and Doors located at 118 E. Vine St., Millville and online at millville-nj.com. On the day of  the car show, registration will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at High and Broad Streets.

For event information call the Millville Car Show chair, Carole Plowman at 856-327-2841 or windowgirl1@gmail.com.
