BLACKWOOD, N.J. -

On Tuesday, August 8th, Congressman Donald Norcross (D-N.J.) hosted a constituents' services fair at Camden County College.

The fair was free to attendees, and gave his First-District constituents the opportunity to learn how they can best get the help they need from the government.

Specialists were on hand to answer questions about social security, veterans affairs, medicare and medicaid, cyber security, and more.

Before Norcross ran for office, he he was involved with the social services organization First Call for Help, which he said taught him how important it is to listen to the questions posed by those in need.

"Not every answer is provided to those who need the care," said Norcross. "Our job is to link those who are seeking help with the proper services that they could get there, and then try to break down the bureaucracy and get them what they need."

This was the second year for Norcross' constituent services fair.
