Police Searching for Suspects in Animal Cruelty Case

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J.—Officials in Atlantic City are seeking the public's help in identifying three suspects in an animal cruelty case.

The Atlantic City Police Department has released photos of three men suspected of killing four stray cats on the Atlantic City beach.

On March 22nd three cats were found dead on the beach at Vermont Avenue. Another cat was found dead on March 25th on the Atlantic City beach at New Jersey Avenue.

The local organization Alley Cat Allies, which helps to protect Atlantic City's stray Boardwalk cats, are offering a reward for any information leading to an arrest.

The cause of death for the cats have not been released, but police are asking if you recognize any of the men or have any information regarding the case to call the Atlantic City Police Department at 609-347-5766 or text your tip and ACPD to 847-411.
