While former Vice President Joe Biden's name won't be on the ballot this November, it will be on a Stockton University program.

President Barack Obama's two-time V.P. will be the keynote speaker when former Ambassador William J. Hughes receives the Distinguished Lifetime Achievement Award at the university's Hughes Center Honors on November 9th, 2017.

The event, which is open to the public, will be held at the Stockton Seaview Hotel and Golf Club.

Before becoming vice president, Biden represented Delaware in the U.S. Senate from 1973 to 2009, while Hughes served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1975 to 1995.
