EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J. -

In South Jersey getting school supplies can be challenging, but two local organizations are trying to change that.

Community FoodBank of New Jersey's Southern Branch and Boscov's teamed up in Egg Harbor Township over the weekend to kick off their 4th annual Stuff the Bus event to collect school supplies for families who are struggling financially.

Volunteers will be collecting school supplies such as pens, pencils, backpacks, notebooks, and lunch boxes all week from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in front of the Boscov's in Egg Harbor until Sunday, July 16th.

Customers can purchase book bags and other supplies for $10, $15, or $20 to help stuff the bus and make sure every kid in South Jersey has a stress free and successful school year.
