Gas Prices Rising After Four-Week Low in N.J.

NEW JERSEY -

After four weeks of falling gas prices, New Jersey drivers could start to see prices rise across the state.

In its weekly report release on July 8th, AAA Mid-Atlantic stated the average price of regular gas was $2.29. It was one penny more than the week of July 3rd. The small increase put an end to the four-week stretch of the lowest prices the state has seen all year.

AAA expects prices to increase due to the demand of gas during the Fourth of July holiday, but reminds drivers that prices are on the rise.
